The camera is completely unusable. Detection and tracking only work on one camera. The other two cameras are manually set. The bases cannot be securely screwed up. Additional mounting is needed. The image quality is poor. There is no option to connect POE. Adapters must be used. It's a waste of money.

I CONFIGURED IT VIA LAN.CABLED. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD IF IT HAD SUPPORTED POE. BUT EVERYTHING IS OK. THE CAMERA WORKS WELL. THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE IS THAT ONLY ONE IS PTZ. YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY MOVE THE REST SO THAT THEY STAY FIXED. THE PTZ CAMERA ROTATES SLOWLY. I DON'T KNOW IF IT CAN WITHSTAND THE RAINS.

We bought one to try out and have already recommended it to friends and family. The picture quality is top notch, as is the coverage and responsiveness once activated. We simply cannot fault it. For the price, i don't think you will find anything better. If you are considering it, go for it and i'm sure you will be as excited as we are. Also, we have had to contact customer service before with a technical question and they responded quickly and thoroughly, so their customer service is top notch as well. I am actually considering buying a second one!
