Exchange or Return of Goods

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We understand how frustrating delays can be! Here’s how you can track your order:

  • Check your tracking information: You should have received a tracking number via email once your order was dispatched. Use this to check the latest status on the courier’s website.

  • Check estimated delivery times: Some deliveries may take longer due to high demand or carrier delays.

  • Still missing? If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery availability on public holidays depends on the courier service:

  • Standard shipping: Most couriers do not operate on public holidays, so deliveries may be delayed until the next business day.

  • Express shipping: Some services (like next-day delivery) may still operate on select holidays.

  • Check our holiday schedule: We update our delivery calendar here with holiday exceptions.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most locations, but some remote areas may have restrictions.

  • Check during checkout: Enter your postcode on the cart or checkout page to see if delivery is available.

  • Remote areas: If your location isn’t covered, we may offer alternative shipping options (e.g., P.O. Box delivery or pickup points).

  • Need confirmation? Contact us with your postcode, and we’ll verify delivery availability.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is subject to:

  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed before [XX:XX PM] (local time) on business days are eligible.

  • Product availability: Some items (e.g., pre-orders or custom-made products) may not qualify.

  • Delivery location: Remote areas may not be eligible for next-day delivery.

  • Public holidays: Delays may occur if the next day is a holiday.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

This depends on the shipping method:

  • Signature required: Some high-value or express deliveries may need a signature. If you’re unavailable, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or pickup.

  • No-signature delivery: Standard shipments may be left in a safe place (if specified in your order notes).

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): You can request this during checkout (where available), allowing the courier to leave the package without a signature.
