All products sold on iBuyEm.com come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or neglect

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Water damage unless explicitly stated as waterproof/resistant

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us
   Email us at support@ibuyem.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence if applicable.

2. Initial Review
   Our support team will assess your request within 2 business days and may request additional information.

3. Return Authorization
   If the claim is approved, we’ll provide return instructions or organize a replacement to be shipped directly to you.

4. Resolution Options

   • Full replacement

   • Store credit

   • Repair (if available)

   • Refund (if item cannot be repaired or replaced)

Shipping for Warranty Items

• If the fault is ours (product defect or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

• If the item was damaged during use or outside warranty coverage, you may be responsible for return postage.
