It should be noted that I don't have carpets, so I couldn't tell you if it works for something like that, but for normal floors it's more than perfect. However, as I mentioned before, for mopping it might not be suitable, but beyond that I'm satisfied. I liked it, and it has an app that you can download and configure to map the areas it cleans. It's my first robot vacuum and I was surprised that it goes to its charging station by itself (obviously you have to keep it connected), and it's easy to clean its compartments, you just have to be careful not to get them wet because that should be avoided. I clean them with a dry cloth, we'll see how long it lasts.

After four years, I only needed to change the battery. Every six months, only consumable parts like the side brushes and dust basket filter need to be replaced. Terrible service, unprofessional attitude, and delaying the shipment.
My order was supposed to arrive within 3 days (local order), but i had to wait 15 days because of the seller’s behavior and intentional delay in delivering my order without any clear reason.
He even insisted that i cancel the dispute i filed against him, or he would return the product and not deliver it to me.

Today is March 2025 (order dated February 2024 ), the vacuum cleaner stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. Rebooting and updating the firmware did not help 🤷 . Now it only works from the remote control. Therefore, the application is useless and the smart home is minus.
I also noticed that with all sorts of shabby and unfortunate situations, it almost cannot be returned to the base. If not it's all and the landscape is perfect 😁 It doesn't go away well. 🤔

Unfortunately I have not been able to make it work as I would like as the cleaning is constantly interrupted because the robot gets stuck under the furniture frequently and, because maps are saved only until a full cycle ends, that is until it returns to its base alone, It has not been possible to define areas, which limits their use autonomously, which is what interests me. I suppose that for areas without many obstacles it should work well but in my case its efficiency is not optimal. The app could be more friendly and better if you sent notifications to the phone about your activity or when the robot stops for some reason.
